1.1 GENERAL CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
These GENERAL CONDITIONS regulate the products and services offered on the URL www.anadelina.com owned by YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U (hereinafter "Ana de Lina"), with CIF B56789829, owner of the domain anadelina.com and with address Calle Miguel Yuste 3, 28037. Madrid.
Users who make purchases at www.anadelina.com fully accept these General Contracting Conditions, hereinafter GCC, and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchase. It will be an indispensable requirement to read and accept the GCC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.anadelina.com.
YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U reserves the right to modify the GCC at any time and without prior notice. The GCC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.
The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies conformity with the offered price and the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order is formalized, the purchase is fully realized, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer, and from that moment, the prices and conditions will have contractual character and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. 1.2 SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made within a maximum period of 72 hours by the courier service company that Ana de Lina deems appropriate at that precise moment. Ana de Lina is not responsible for possible delays in the arrival of the shipment due to situations beyond the brand. Ana de Lina will send the tracking code of the shipment by email. The system automatically displays the different shipping methods available for your destination.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Orders are only sent/prepared once the financial transaction is confirmed through the bank statement, if the payment has been made by bank transfer, we kindly ask you to send the payment receipt to atencionalcliente@anadelina.com as soon as possible to expedite the process.
All orders are subject to product availability. Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, in case of not having a specific product available, our sales department will contact you to inform you of the estimated delivery time. In case of disagreement, the amount of the charged and not sent item will be refunded to the customer within the period stipulated by the banking operator, which may not exceed 10 calendar days.
Also, for orders that include several products, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
The customer will have 72 hours from the receipt of the order to check its integrity. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims for damages or failures with the shipment will be accepted. An order is considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer.
In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim from the transport company. Similarly, it is advisable to leave a record with the transport company.
1.3 CHANGES, RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
At Ana de Lina, we are committed to making your shopping experience as satisfactory as possible. Therefore, you can change or return purchases provided that the general conditions of our return and exchange policy are met.
1.4 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Customers of Ana de Lina who make online purchases of their products will have a right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations of 14 calendar days after the purchase. The exercise of this right must be carried out according to the specifications set by Ana de Lina, for its return policy, the customer must specify in the communication made to the company that they are exercising the right of withdrawal within the granted period. Ana de Lina, once the merchandise is received and verified to be in perfect condition and unused, will proceed to refund the amounts received from the purchase to the customer, according to the terms set by the banking entities or payment methods used.
1.5 CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
The maximum period for changes of purchases made electronically on www.anadelina.com will be 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order. For this, the presentation of the purchase ticket or order confirmation through the online store www.anadelina.com will be essential.
Excluded products:
For reasons of health and hygiene protection, changes of underwear, swimwear, and hair accessories will not be accepted. Customized products are not eligible for exchange except for flaws or manufacturing defects.
To have your return accepted, the following conditions and instructions must be met:
To request a return, you must go to the section of the website, "initiate a return" and choose the reason for the return.
Once the return is requested, you can download the return label. Items must be sent within 7 calendar days from when you download the return label.
Items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent (tags and packaging). Returns of used, washed items, with any type of modification, with a perfume smell, or containing stains will not be accepted.
Place the item in its original box, close it properly, and stick the label on the surface of the same.
Once we verify that the merchandise is in perfect condition and with its correct labeling, we will proceed to send you store credit for the value of the returned items. The package must have any customs expenses paid, we will deduct from your refund any additional customs fee that the package may have upon arrival.
This store credit can only be used by a customer with that email address. It does not expire and you can use it in one or more purchases until spending the amount you have available on the website. This process can take 5 days.
In case the order sent to the customer by the contracted transport agency is lost, a new shipment of the products or store credit for the amount paid will be made.
The user will have a period of fourteen calendar days to decide to return the "Product" from the date of its receipt, without incurring any penalty or expense, except for the return costs, and without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the user or a third party authorized.
1.6 HOW CAN I WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE?

You may use the withdrawal form model that we include below, although its use is not mandatory, any communication in which you inform of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the corresponding deadline will suffice.
2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the product is not in good condition due to causes not attributable to the client, the client has the right to return the product, informing YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U of the reason for the return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, without any cost to the client.
YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U commits to refund the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one under the terms accepted at the time of sale.
In order to help us facilitate the return process, you may be asked to upload clear images of the damage, defect, or failure for our assessment. After the initial preliminary assessment, we may ask you to provide more information to process your claim.
If it is confirmed that the product has a defect, we will provide you with a replacement, a refund, or an online store credit plus 10% of the defective item (at your choice). We will ask you to return the defective item to YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U, by mail or through a courier service at our expense, and we will contact you to provide more information about this process.
Please note that the replacement of the item will depend on the availability of the products offered by YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U, as the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In case it is not possible to supply the product due to lack of availability, YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. In no case will the time frame for sending this notice exceed a maximum of 30 days. YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U may offer two options: supply the customer with a product of similar characteristics, saving justified reasons that can be accredited by YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U or refund the amounts paid for the cancelled order within the same period.
3. WARRANTIES
For products sold through www.anadelina.com, they will have the legal warranty established by regulation from the delivery of the product under the legally established terms for each type. The products will be considered in conformity as long as they match the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website. The products we sell may present characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in color, texture, and shape, will not be considered defects or flaws.

4. TAXES
The prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce establishment include VAT for deliveries made in the Peninsula.
For deliveries made in the Canary Islands, the prices of the products for sale in our e-commerce establishment are exempt from IGIC as they are included within the Special Retail Trade Regime of the IGIC.
5. PAYMENT METHOD

10. FORCE MAJEURE
YOUSAY COMPANY S.L.U will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure").
Force Majeure events shall include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission, or accident that is beyond our reasonable control such as:
- Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial action;
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist threat or attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparations for war;
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, or any other natural disaster;
- Impossibility of the use of transport;
- Impossibility of the use of telecommunications systems;
- Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.
The obligations arising from these conditions will be suspended during the period of Force Majeure and the deadline for fulfilling such obligations will be extended by a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure, and we will put all reasonable means to end the Force Majeure or find a solution that allows us to fulfill our obligations despite the Force Majeure.
11. PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any of these General Conditions is declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
The contracts for the purchase of Products through our Website and disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the website or to such products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
